My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with a luxurious Jacuzzi, Steam, and Sauna. The housekeeping team ensured everything was impeccable, making my stay unforgettable. Booking three months in advance was worth it!

My stay here was a mix of luxury and some cleanliness issues. The rooms, especially those facing Cubbon Park, were well-equipped for a lavish experience, but unfortunately, cleanliness, particularly in the toilet area, was lacking. The service was exceptional, particularly from Pooja in Guest Services and Indira, my housekeeper. The location was excellent, close to beautiful Cubbon Park. Dining at the Bakery was outstanding. A truly memorable stay with top-notch service and facilities.
