My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with a luxurious Jacuzzi, Steam, and Sauna. The housekeeping team ensured everything was impeccable, making my stay unforgettable. Booking three months in advance was worth it!
The hotel is in a prime location, adjacent to the stunning Cubbon Park with easy access to local attractions and dining spots. The rooms are modern and spacious, offering a comfortable stay; however, events held at the hotel can sometimes disrupt the peaceful ambiance. The dining experience is delightful, especially during breakfast, with a variety of choices and exceptional service.
The hotel rooms were lovely, and the nice flowers made it feel even more fresh, which was a welcome respite after some long days and nights. The overall ambiance of the hotel, including the rooms, was great, with some complementary spa sessions adding to the experience.
My stay here was a mix of luxury and some cleanliness issues. The rooms, especially those facing Cubbon Park, were well-equipped for a lavish experience, but unfortunately, cleanliness, particularly in the toilet area, was lacking. However, the spacious and luxurious room, complemented by the excellent housekeeping service from Suresh/HSK throughout our 8-day stay, made it comfortable overall.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, perfectly maintained by Suresh from housekeeping. The service was exceptional, particularly from Pooja in Guest Services and Indira, my housekeeper. The location was excellent, close to beautiful Cubbon Park. Dining at the Bakery was outstanding. A truly memorable stay with top-notch service and facilities.
